Return/Exchange

Do not worry, exchange sizes is allowed by fulfilling multiple terms and conditions from the followings:

1. Item is only exchangeable due to the wrong sizing (Due to availability). 

  • If the size is not available, then item can be exchange to the other model/ style
  • Factory defect item and wrong item sent will be full-covered by Niki Jeans

2. Item can only be exchanges within 7 days upon arrivals or delivery.

3. Please ensure that the tag is still on. Please make sure the item is still in good condition and has not been washed or worn. The item must be in the exact same condition as when the customer first bought it.

4. Item purchased from the website is exchangeable through the web only. For Niki Jeans item return/exchange that ordered through marketplace & other platform such as WhatsApp, Shopee, Line etc. please contact our NikiJeans customer service through our WhatsApp’s number (+62)818-212-110 and the return form need to be sent to our address as attached at the form.

5. Item can not be put on hold for exchange purposes

Exchanged items will be redelivered only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check by NIKI JEANS.

Item will be sent on the same day, only if the shipping payment received before 11:00 AM (UTC+7). Slow response on the weekend.
